The present owners, Annie and Mickey Gautney are the sixth in a line of dedicated owners who have passed the torch and have continued the quality and tradition of “The Cinnamon Roll Place” all these many years.

Before buying the place, Annie and Mickey were regular customers. In fact, they liked it so much they bought it. And after four years and counting, they still enjoy seeing the smiles of the customers as they eat these wonderful products. “The Cinnamon Roll Place” has fans that have been coming back for many years, but also attract new happy ones every year.

Annie is an accomplished chef and baker, as well as an excellent entrepreneur. Mickey is a former Marine and retired teacher. Together they have made a great team in keeping this iconic “Slice of Americana” alive and well. In fact, not only does Annie maintain the tradition of the cinnamon rolls she also uses her baking skills to make new delicious products, such as her own recipe for banana bread, which has been acknowledged as “The best on Maui”.

The Cinnamon Rolls are made fresh every morning using a time-honored secret recipe. You can even watch as the dough is hand-pressed and rolled by Annie and her other dedicated bakers. It’s become somewhat of a tourist attraction. In addition to the famous rolls, “The Cinnamon Roll Place” offers a wide variety of delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as the best coffee on Maui.
